Online Course Hukum – Palangka Raya – In preparation for the Basic Training for Candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS) for Fiscal Year (FA) 2021, the Central Java Legal and Human Rights Education and Training Center is conducting socialization activities and massive open online course (MOOC) simulations. The purpose of the socialization activities of the National Administration Board (LAN) is to provide instructions and simulations on the use of the MOOC application. This application is used as part of CPNS FY 2021 assessment. A MOOC is a large-scale distance learning method, free and accessible to anyone, anywhere in the world.

Fauziah Mukhlisah as a resource of the Institute of Public Administration also briefly described the CPNS basic training process. “The flow of basic training activities is divided into four processes. First, namely independent learning, then collaborative learning in the form of online discussions between the material instructor, the trainer and their group. In addition, there is classical learning and strengthening of technical competence in the field of work,” said Fauziah.
